TERMOSALUD SYMMED ELITE

The HPC SYMMED Radiofrequency Diathermy and Virtual Mesotherapy system is designed to address cosmetic and aesthetic-medical concerns while stimulating the physiological tissue recovery processes. It accelerates the body’s natural homeostatic mechanisms, helping to maintain balance and support tissue regeneration.

The device uses radiofrequency diathermy technology, which generates an increase in the temperature of internal tissues through an oscillating radiofrequency current within the D’Arsonval frequency band (0.5 MHz). The equipment is provided with two handpieces and capacitive/resistive electrodes suitable for both facial and body treatments.

In capacitive mode, the electrode is coated with an insulating material that creates a layer between the metallic core and the human tissue, forming a condenser. This allows the high-frequency current to 

pass through while stimulating tissue and skin activity in the treated area. The current then returns through the neutral return electrode.

In resistive mode, the high-frequency current circulates when the stainless-steel active electrode is applied directly onto the tissue. The current is concentrated in the treatment area, while the return flow is dispersed through the neutral return electrode.

The SYMMED system accurately displays the power delivered to the patient in capacitive mode, as well as the active power in resistive mode. The equipment is fitted with internal sensors that activate the cooling fan whenever the circuits reach a specific temperature threshold.

SYMMED also incorporates multiple safety features, including output voltage and overcurrent limiters, as well as an input voltage limiter. In addition, the device is equipped with a maximum internal temperature limiter that automatically stops the system if the limit is exceeded, displaying a warning message on the screen. The system is also protected against accidental 

electrode short circuits and sudden electrical voltage drops. Output power can be conveniently adjusted using the remote control.

SYMMED allows the operator to adjust both the power and percentage settings in order to achieve the ideal treatment temperature through three different phases:

• ATHERMAL: molecular effect
• THERMAL: biostimulation effect
• HYPERTHERMAL: drainage effect

The SYMMED system utilizes specific treatment protocols for each indication, combining advanced aesthetic-medical technology with HPC Virtual Mesotherapy. The treatments are performed using three functional cosmetic creams (anti-cellulite/lipolytic, firming, and anti-age/toning), helping the active ingredients penetrate deeply into the cells where they can achieve maximum effectiveness.
